Habits for Successful, Consistent Change

NOTICE what you want to change in your life
You need to WANT to make the change
Have a DESIRE to take ACTION
LIKE the process of change and the results, so the process continues.

It comes down to the want. You need to REALLLY WANT it, to DESIRE it enough so we take the action.

Our environment influences our desires. We want things because they are in front of us at the time.
DESIGN our environments to reflect our primary DESIRES.

Design our time and space to create the least resistance for us to succeed.

E.g.
1. Put my gym clothes out for the morning. It makes it easy to succeed at getting fit.
2. Get my healthy breakfast ready the night before
3. Put my bedtime routine ready to go (pills, water, book, etc.) and an alarm for 10pm
4. Go to the office for work
5. Simplify my work tasks on the boat so they are easy and attainable.
