I am creating these pages to help organize my thoughts and the knowledge and experience I have gained. As I am doing this I am looking for a logic, a message, a meaning to my life. I guess for now my life means what I want it to mean, so I will keep trying to define that as I think through everything. Writing things down helps. I will reorganize thoughts as and when necessary.
We begin here and now. The journey awaits.

Organization
Square Peg, Round Hole.
As I create this content I find it hard to organise and map out the information into neat, convenient, and logical sections and categories that always work when new information is added. Just like ideas, the information is connected; often bridging topics. Sometimes this can not be categorised under one, or even any, of the previously established headings, so it must be remembered that the information presented is a network or cloud of ideas. Other people may be better at organizing and thinking through this information in a more linear fashion. Cross referencing will hopefully help navigation.
The way of organizing this information is key to it’s usefulness as a guide and also the logic of the structure suggests the larger meaning behind the knowledge.
It would be nice to have a logical structure with separate sections for information but in reality some of the information bridges sections (e.g. sailing and education) so maybe posts with tags are the way to go. Then all you have to do is search by tag? Or maybe cross referencing works. Or a combination of the two. But I need to make this easy to add and classify data, and also to use and share the info.
It is interesting that the organisation of this feels like it is a learning process about what it all means. It helps declutter/ defragment my own mind as I do it. Understanding the relationships between information is a key part of understanding its purpose.
