My Ideal Time

Split time into 2hr blocks of which 1.5 is actually used for something.  This allows for breaks, interruptions, time to refocus, etc.

The blocks are categorized as: sleep, eating, administration or maintenance (bills, chores, cleaning, etc.), productivity, and leisure.  Lets see if it works.

My Ideal:

Day:

Up at 6 after 7.5 hours sleep.

1.5 productive time (work, charity, admin, learning, etc.)
